I am about ready to go back together I discovered when I broke it down that I need to have my brake relined. My question is can I put the clutches in and then put the brake band in as long as I don't put the housing back on? This would allow me to get the sprocket back on and the track back together...

I do have a manual I think it is as old as my crawler and the steering clutch part seems to be the most worn. Is there any tips or tools you suggest for putting in the cotter pins?

TIA

Yup I knew it was a duh question. I found it I was just pulling the breather cap off of the top. I didn't realize the whole top unscrewed. I feel silly but now I know.

Thanks

Where do you check Trans fluid on a 2010

I know This is prolly a Duh question but for the life of me I can't find it on my crawler or in my book. I know what kind and how much it is supposed to have but I cannot find a dipstick. I found a cap on the trans by the steering levers to the left of the shifter but there was no dipstick attached....

I have since figured out why it happened mycover gasket must have leaked and filled my final full of water so it pushed the oil up into the clutches.
