:D hi lavoy thanks for the reply .my engine still runs but oil pressure tends to drop off .i have a pile of work to do with this machine so i.m just trying to avoid a lot of down time . would like to find a complete rebuilt or a good used one.and just do a swap .then have mine gone over. thanks agai...

to check the cylinders try puttin shut off vavles on the lines that lift the cylinders. raise it up and close the valves

:D thanks for the reply mailtrain and celsesser. i kinda thought it might be loading up wasn't running her hard just put a new hydraulic valve and all new hoses and was just running it bleeding the hydraulic system out. i did have a hard time gettin her fired up becuase it wasn't gettin any spark cl...

:D hi everyone i started my 420 the other day for the first time in about six months in the 20 minutes or so it ran it seem to stuble and pop like it was loading up the third time it did it i looked and the short pipe and the bottom of the muffler were cherry red. was wondering if it was just loadin...

oil pressure on a 420c

:D hi everyone can anyone tell me if there is any where else on a 420c to get oil pressure other than the up side down oil filter housing. also what is involved with getting the pto to work does the shaft just slide in and a bearing cap over it or is there more to it than that?
