I've been looking for an affordable, good used sprocket for quite some time now with no luck. I may just have to resort to some type of custom made insert or the hard surface approach as Jim suggested.

Any opinions on weld in sprocket inserts. One of the sprockets on my 2010 is is need of serious help.

I put the same engine in my 2010. The conversion was not without some issues, but wit a little head scratchin' I was able to pull it off. I'm very happy with the results.
