350 sprockets don't fit a 1010 final drive. The rim of a 350 sprocket can be welded to the center from a 1010 and made to work. As far as the tracks, there must be some precision measurements that could be made to determine what they are, but I do not know the spec. deifferences between the 2. I am ...

the lever on the left is the reverser for the tractor. If the lever is working, step on the clutch and pull the lever, the crawler will travel in the opposite direction at the same speed it was going forward. If the lever is not working, the cable may be broken or just disconnected, If the cable is ...

1010

you can plan on a $1000 or more into the winch and could easily be as much into the engine, depending on what is wrong. I just did the engine last winter on my 1010 and the winch the winter before.

where in upstate NY are you? I am located in Carthage.

broken bolts

when removing broken bolts, I find that it works even better if you weld a flat washer on first and let it cool. Then weld a nut on second. This gives 2 heating and cooling cycles and almost never fails. I have had many failed attempts when going for just the nut welded on. This also allows you to w...

pics, I hope

here are some pics of the case blade that I put onto my JD1010. The pushframes are original to the JD, all else is Case. Pic. number 2 shows how I cut away some of the inside of each push frame to make the correct opening for the Case frame. I added some triangular pieces for strength. Hoses are sti...

6 way blade

I solved all of the problems by using the push frame and lift cylinders for the manual blade. I cut off all the parts in the front and welded in a power 6 way blade off of a case tractor. The fit was amazingly close and it works great. I had to add an extra valve to control the tilt for the blade. I...

when I replaced the rails on my 1010 2 years ago, I bought a set of new 350 rails and they cost $1800. for the pair with new nuts and bolts for the pads. I did not rerim the sprockets as they seem to fit the chains perfectly. Not sure if they are 1010 spockets that were worn a bit and fit the 350 ra...

last call

last call for any of these parts. I would like $100.00 for all. If not, the junk man will get them by the end of the month. I hope someone can use them who lives close enough to make it worth while to pick them up.

thanks

pics

I will take some pics and try to post them here in the next day or two. I am in the middle of getting the engine put back together again. Oil pump went bad and caused all kinds of problems. Engine is rebuilt now and needs to get put back into the crawler, hopefully today.
