okay i pushed the pin out that holds the brake pedal on the shaft it looks like the shaft goes through to the other side so does it couple inside there is what looks like a inspection hole by the brake pedal but i cant see anything so im stumped please help

stuck pedal
im trying to loosen my brake pedal and looks like the pedal is held on the shaft with a pin through it so do i split the housing awayto get inside and work from there or what i thought it rotated on the outside shaft but it looks like it doesnt shes totally solid so im up for some help thanks

my rollers were even worse some flanges wre broke right off and my rails wrent far behind so i went down to lavoys and he set me up with rollers and sprockets and some other parts i needed it will end up being a track up restoration im sure this is the first time its been apart so i guess thats not ...

hey all heres my trouble taking off my bottom rollers on my 420 the bolts that come out buggered the thread on the track frame and some twisted off they are pretty soft they are 9/16 bolts and the easiest fix would be to drill and retap to a 5/8 bolt im wondering iff it would weaken the roller to dr...

hey all
i built a roller cariere for my 420 and each side is made to bolt on to the cross members but im stumped on the bolt size for the cross members 3/4 is to small and 7/8 is to big thats thread size the only standard size would be 13/16 wich i cant get any help would be great

Hey all
Just started tearing my 420 down and quickly found the bolts dont want to move some nuts and bolts i was able to cut but the bolts that hold the track frame to the cross members i cant budge there hard to heat as well any advice would sure be helpfull

Irecently bought my first crawler a 420 without knowing what to look for and the undercarraige is wore bad It will cost a good bit to fix its looking like ill have to do the steering clutches to but after that other then cosmetics it should be good

sbarr My crawler does not have counter wieghts and it sure would be nice alright even for backing up and down steeper inclines it gets a little light in the back My loader has one weld on one of the cross members other then that its fine The way those old machines are built its no wonder there still...
