JD450 Loader..Track Chains & Plates
Hi ,
Long time since I visited here, but always enjoy reading these topics.
I have a customer with a 450 Loader,& he wants me to source new 36 link chains & shoes. Can anyone tell me if the chains are the same thru the 450 series machines,or was there size differences?
Thanks,
Jim.

450 Track Plate width
Hi All,
I'm wondering if any of the 450 loaders had 12" triple grouser plates fitted....or were they only 14"?
Also, anyone know the bolt spacings on the plates?
The reason I ask,is because I have a full set of 12" plates here,& they are marked as 450 plates.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Jim

Hi DigItUp, I wonder if your 450H chains were Jap or Chinese?? I can source stuff from Korea, but the conversion rate & Customs crap are a deal killer. I think I need those specs,if anyone has them. The local suppliers are not keen to help,as usual. What I'm trying to do is find a used set that will ...
