100 bucks, and I have cash!!! haha Considering I just put a new starter in it before the engine blew,I think not.lol I have only found one 1010 in Mb. and its a gas job.and not having a trailer to add too it would bump up the cost of transport. http://winnipeg.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-heavy-equipm...

1010C,Whats it worth?

I have a 1010C that would probably make a great parts trackloader as it through a rod through the block.It is a diesel,new starter,newer alternator.Any ideas what its worth? http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j249/7mm-08/Picture1002.jpg http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j249/7mm-08/Picture1001-1.jpg ...

Yes...Definately a heartbreaker :( I ended up buying a D2 to yank it out of the hole I sank it in.Back end sank about 30". The machine is on my property 1.5 hours from my house all work done on it is laying outside in a field,so even trying to pull the motor and replacing it would be quite difficult...

I have been doing some research in looking for a 1010 deisel engine but no luck...........So what would this go for as a whole parts ...

1010 powering out???

well after finally getting my 1010 dozer out of its mudpit hellhole it had been sitting in for 5 months Via the help of a liitle D2 I picked up.It took approx 10 minutes to get it out.I would have been quicker if the JD wasn't powering out. I find that the 1010 barely has the power to turn the track...

The manual says use 80w for the transmission and finals.Would it be okay to use something like 75-90w in these.
The manual also says to flush the transmission out with diesel fuel, drain and then add your fluid. Is this the right process and is it necessary?

fluids in 1010

Is this correct putting these fluids in or should I be changing ...

I didn't know if you noticed that when you bought it. Thanks! The guy I bought it from who will be hauling it to my property for me,sai...
