Search for some post by me. I had a 350C that I could only get 50 psi on. Turned out there was wear on the arm that moves the clutch valve and the valve could not fully open. There are some pictures in one of the post and you can see what I am talking about.

I agree with KenP. If it is working good, I would only change the front seal

Reverser will have to come out to remove the valve body. Not enough room between the reverser and frame. I guess you could remove the side frame and get to it, but that would also require disassembling quite a bit. I think I would just pull engine and reverser. If the problem is not in the valve bod...

I realize it has been a while since I started this post and see there are a few questions that have been ask. Just to let everyone know, the clutch arm was the problem. Once I got it back together, it runs great, and has plenty of power for what I need. All of the welding that was done was stick wel...

I was thinking instead of using a sleeve for the repair, just using an over-sized bearing. I can machine the fit to match the oversized race. The seat would be about 3/16 wide. I am not sure how wide the original seat was but I think 3/16 should be ok.

Left hand side sitting in the seat. I believe they are interchangable with either side. I am going to try some kind of fix. I have several ideas. May just cut a groove and put some type of lock ring for the race to seat against. I have the machines to make the repairs, just need to decide which dire...

360c final drive housing

Looking for a 350c final drive housing. If anyone has one please let me know. I do not know the year or serial number on this crawler. The inner shoulder that the race fits against has broken out. Could this fit be machined out and a sleeve with a shoulder be pressed in? I know it would have to be r...

One thing to check is the coupling splines. If they are worn and allowing the coupling to slip it can cause alot of noise. I had to replace mine, but my hyd would not work at all. When I tried to lift the blade, it would just be a loud screeching noise.

Underneath the crawler. looking from the right side through the track, just above the belly pan, you will see a cover with four bolts holding it on. take these four bolts out and the cover will come off. The filter is attached to that cover. Be aware that removing this cover without draining the rev...

Thank you. I need to post the rest of my pics. I have it running and it is very strong, I still need to get the bellypan painted and put back on and the winch needs a lot of work. I guess that will be a winter time project.

Several things to check are: make sure there is no trash, sticks or limbs keeping the clutch lever from returning all the way. Replace filter if you do not know the condition of it. install guage and check reverser pressure. I had the same issue on my 350c. I found that my reverser would only build ...

Might look at getting a nut just large enough to fit over the plug, weld it to the plug and use a wrench or socket to get it out. I have done that on many rounded off bolts.

New Clutch thickness reading is .113 and the plate thickness is .062. I hope this helps.
