I'm just curious how many 350's out there has the big recoil spring on the slack adjuster broke :? seems like everyone I've seen has been broke, is that the nom? or not, and is it something that should be replaced right away or is it no big deal, just like to know what everyone else experience has b...

It has an isolator not a clutch, more then likely the older style that has the springs, the ones that came in the 350 D was rubber, I just changed the one in my B to the newer style and your looking at 2500 to up grade it, I do understand some of the late C's came with the later style isolator. Just put the finals back on 350B, everything doubled check, finger height, and adjustments, its jacked up with the tracks off, when you lock up ether side it pulls the engine down 2 to 300 RPM's, has anyone tried this, I would have thought it wouldnt put any load on it :? , just for the heck of it I...
