Groove in brake drum
Try to figure out how the groove got there. I had same case scenario little more severe. But Completely missed a part that was broke directly above the drum that would ride on drum and cut bigger groves while your running. Guess what I'm saying is look it over really good, cause I was mad at my self...

welded on grousers
I welded Grousers in my 350 jd loader. Went to a local steel shop where I bought 1 1/2" tall by I think 3/8 or 7/16" thick { its been a few years} in whatever lengths they could shear, then I cut them to lengths I needed. I welded to center of pad with 7018 rod. Ive bent a few but haven't tore any o...

Aloah Big Kahuna : Ist off you should be pushing sand in Hawaii rather than snow in Canada, Holes in the center of the pads are the answer to your problem. In the early 80's when the 850 Case 6ways came out they had no holes in the pads ( where the sprockets meet) , and we were constantly breaking t...

350 wont start.
Just a thought: I'm wondering if you brought it into a warm building from the cold out doors and the water in the tank is the problem. Metal tanks create lots of condensation, warm/ cold, warm/ cold. If not topped off every nite this time of year there could be more water in your fuel than you reali...

Need more traction
I welded 1/2 in x 1- 1/2 x width of pad, flat stock I had sheared at a iron works shop to every pad with 7018 rod. Haven't tore one off yet. Bent a couple. But it climbs like a mountain goat in the snow. Just be careful using it in the dirt. loaders are not designed to have grousers. tracks need to ...

On mine I rebuilt both sides, with parts from Lavoy, All new inner seals, I left the bot plugs out, too get air back into the cases and after time I had oil comin...

Sounds like your pressure plate blew in half. There are 3- 5/16" bolts that hold the pressure plate together. there only 3/4"long, the threads strip out and they blow apart. Mine did that time.Everything worked good for half hour then i lost everything on the one side. Another thing to remember you ...
