Stripped Mounting
On my 1956 420 there is a 3/4" bolt that secures the floor plate to the side of the fly wheel housing with a bushing. The threads in the fly wheel housing have become worn to the point they will not hold a new bolt. I am thinking I will need to drill the hole out and tap it up to 7/8. Is this the ri...

Water in the oil
I changed the oil in my 420 this spring after setting al winter and found some water in the bottom of the pan. Changed oil and filter started it and brought it up to temperature and found the new oil to be a milky gray. I am just getting back to the problem and have only run it long enough to get it...
