Ah. So kind of an all or none situation. would be a very nice one when finished i bet.

Is this at Lavoys for restoration or rebuilding? Have you decided not to go forward? Has Lavoy gone over it and determined its needs costs etc? I might be interested in going forward if I can get more history.

Thanks so much guys. I am dying for one of these and unfortunately very ignorant about what I am getting in to. I have been reading as much as possible, but nothing replaces some experienced eyes!

Ohio might be a stretch. Sure don't seem to be many of these down here in NC

Anyone in or near NC have a decent running dozer for sale? 440icd. Could probably get to VA or SC if not too expensive to transport.

hiding assets during a divorce is never a good idea....you best bet is to sell it to me for 5k!!

dozer or loader? i have had the unfortunate pleasure of helping friends unload belongings due to divorce. seems the easiest way to determine the market is to simply put it on ebay and let the bidding begin. you can sell it or put a high reserve on it...high bid is probably the market. good luck and ...
