I would order them from Deere, no way to know any specs otherwise.
Not sure what you mean by setting pressure.

Re: 440 ring gear rivets
If you are taking it apart, I would re-rivet it, hot riveting would be the best. Once it is loose, hitting the old rivets is not going to expand them back to fill the holes, it will take new ones to do that.

Re: jd420 pics
Should have the parts.
The coupling should not come apart that hard, but I would use a pulley/bearing puller and keep pressure on it while heating the coupling.

Re: injector service for DD 35's
N series pistons are about 4 points of compression higher than S series. It makes a HUGE difference in starting, absolutely no comparison. Always put N series or later injectors with the N series pistons. It's not a horsepower issue, it is just the starting. 53 series engines are or can be hard star...

Re: parts for #1100 integral tool carrier
I've restored a couple, there are no parts available other than used, everything else must be made from scratch. Do you have the arms taken apart to see if the "nut" is still there, intact, and good threads?

Re: jd420 pics
If you are above 100,000 seraill number, there is a roll pin that holds the coupling to the input shaft. There is no pin through the shaft itself. That being said, the shaft will not prevent the centersection from coming off the transmission.

I have them, yes, but it is a track press item, not a hammer.

Re: Track sag & adjustment.
If you are out of adjustment, your pins and bushings are shot, and the tracks need to be rebushed.

Re: jd420 pics
Take the starter out, rap on the back side of the center section with a large dead blow hammer, or a metal hammer against a block.

You are going to have to get into the steering clutches. No big deal, I keep most of the parts on hand.
