Thats interesting, i have a straight 450 that is also stuck in 2nd gear. But it has been sitting awhile... the engine is locked up, throttle control is siezed up, my air filter was rusted out. Sounds like it is linkage.

Loader is bein moved to the shop too cold outside to be pulling the engine!

I need to pull the engine in my 450 loader, is it pretty straight forward or complicated? I assume i need to start with the nose piece first??? thanks JJ
