That makes since....Does it engage very well when the motor is running? Just seems like you might get a clunk if you try to engage it while the thing is spinning. I did put all of the injectors back in today hooked the battery up and it cranked over just fine. I'm gonna put the pump back on next wee...

I didn't see any other hoses going to the back of the machine like on the loader machine. The only thing I see is the PTO shaft sticking out. I did notice that there is a pump engagement lever on the left side of the machine up near the radiator on the shaft. Has anyone seen that before and what wou...

What would that PTO be used for with out a 3pt hitch? It has 2 hydraulic levers. I assume that one moves the blade up and down and the other operates the PTO? The tag on this dozer frame is worn off.

I read through my manual today and am slowly understanding the way it all works. The Trans fluid I checked is actually the reverser fluid and it is barely touching the bottom of the stick. So if it is slow getting the tracks going my reverser fluid may be low? the reverser cable is froze up, I was using the shifter on the dash trying out each gear.

Are the transmissions/clutch on these hydraulic? I noticed the other day when i put it in gear it took a few seconds for the tracks to move. I checked the trans fluid and it was at the bottom of the sitck.. Basicly empty. I can only run this for about a minute as I am still waiting on a radiator. Ch...
