450D seat frame

I have tried local salvage dealers and have also tried those in PA and TX that have web sites--no luck so far. I think the frame may be the same on 350-350C; 450-450D; 455D; 550; 555 and 555A--at least the same seat cushions fit those models according to my local dealer. I was in hopes that someone ...

450D seat frame

I need the seat frame for my 450D. It is JD part #AT49463 and I think it is the same as the 450C, at least the later models. The entire thing was missing when I got the machine. Anybody out there have one they can part with? I can be reached at ridgerambler@hotmail.com and I can provide a phone # is...

Winch for 450D

Just purchased a 450D dozer that the previous owner said had a hydraulic winch. The winch was removed when I got the machine but it still has the valve and hoses with quick connect remaining. I would like to find a winch for it, but not sure what fits...What should I look for--will a winch from a sk...

I need the cover plate that goes over the batteries--the one the tool tray sits on. Anybody have one of those?

I have had same problem, but parts are still available from Drott, and in my area local Drott dealer is former Ford tractor dealer (now NH). They use same part numbers as in JD parts book, or they did on my 450C. Good luck! Drott made all the 4 in 1 buckets for JD.

I would love to follow that route, but only thing I have found so far is OTC 4235/4221 and they are $2500-$3500 range, and 450C is only crawler we have at present. JD will send a tech to our site for $150/hr plus mileage with a minimum of 4 hours for testing only. This is a farm machine not used off...

Thanks Jason, I will check those tips you posted, I hear nothing from the relief valve when loader control valve is activiated. Should it be clicking or make a audibile noise? Mine does have rubber hose and I thought about collapsed line, but have not had chance to check out yet. I did check and ste...

450C loader cycles slow and will not lift loaded bucket

I have 76 450C loader with 4 in 1 bucket-no rippers- and the loader hydraulics function cycles slow and it will not lift with load in bucket. It does not matter if at idle or high rpm...I suspect pump is either worn or splines on shaft are worn, but don't know for sure because it could be loader con...
