You are correct. It does have the constant mesh tranny. The disconnect is for the hydraulic pump only, which is mounted on the rear of the tranny. The parts I need to fix the problem are no longer available through a dealer. Any idea where I might find the parts?

I will to check on that. I believe the blade operates from the hydraulics of the dozer. There does not appear to be a separate pump mounted on the PTO. I may be wrong. Ask my wife, I usually am.

Yes, that is where it's located. My problem is, all the linkage is missing. All that is there is the rod that goes into the housing and the spring. Thanks for the information. Now I need to find the parts to put it back the way it is supposed to be.
