OK, I've got my work cut out for me. Of course the bolt/setscrew is snapped off below the surface of the casting by 3/16ths. I suppose a heli-coil will be necessary before I'm through. I wish I had enough to weld to on the bolt. Is it an allen head or a bolt and a lock nut set up originally? Many th...

It was a pleasant afternoon. I got my 40C to sputter to life for 10 intoxicating seconds after a 2 year slumber. Ser# 70923 I am fairly certain my starter is in need of an overhaul.
