2010c generator

Hello, I'm rebuilding the generator off of my loader, and the only part left that I need is the bushing on the commutator end. JD doesn't have it and Ebay seems to have a bearing(won't fit), not a bushing. I managed to get it out by threading it(was worn out anyway),threading a bolt/nut/washer combo...

2010C loader cooling

Lavoy, here's the numbers on pump:
16849T
T18820T
T577T
I think the 1st number is the pump casting, and the third number might be the impeller but I'm not sure. Should have been more cautious with that impeller, being cast iron :(
Thanks, Lavoy

2010 cooling system

Hello all, I recently removed the radiator, water pump and generator to do a rebuild and/or clean up on them. Noticed when I took the radiator off, it has what I assume an oil cooler section on the bottom :?: which attached to a horizontally mounted cylinder down in front of the engine. What does th...

Hello everyone, today I have been looking for the serial # on my JD 2010C crawler/loader with no luck. Looked all over the rh corner of the engine block and the Lh side of the bell housing. Even removed generator to scrape/clean behind it. Does anyone know if it could be somewhere else? I assume its...

Ed got back to me pretty quick, he also said my crawler should be 39 links, thought I counted 38. I'll check mine again next week. Tigerhaze, mind if I ask you how much the hydraulic adjusters were? Guess yours were not economical to rebuild?

The crawler is in Maine and I don't get up there too often but I will check next time..Does anyone know roughly what a complete track weighs? I'm looking at a whole track(s) because the pads are worn pret...

JD 2010C track problems

H'lo, I bought a JD 2010C 2 years ago and have been using it to build an access road in Maine. Moved a lot of rocks, gravel, ect with no problems till now, when I'm driving along the tracks made screeching sounds once in a while. To make a long story short found the track on the left side had cracks i...
