Re: Indexing Integral MC Cylinder
That was it. Just slightly up from level did the trick.

Re: Indexing Integral MC Cylinder
I'm also thinking that if you draw a line though the lift shaft bar pointing forward (towards the end with the four bolts), the travel has to be between the top and bottom of the cylinder ends. I have the MC manual and I don't see that anywhere. I guess I need the manual for the integral cylinder on...

Indexing Integral MC Cylinder
I decided to rebuild both my integral cylinders and now it's been months since I took them apart and I forgot how I can index them. In the past it's been one at a time but now I am at a bit of a loss.
Anyone point me in the right direction so to speak.

420c ripper attachment
I have a 420c with the model 90 loader and a couple parts from the ripper attachment. Does anyone have some pictures of one mounted on the crawler. I need to build the arms and some other parts (I don't know what I all missing yet) and I would like to make it appear original at least.

On a related note
Now that I cannot just buy carb dipping stuff, what's the best way to get this carb all cleaned up, brushes and tiny drill bits and lots of elbow grease?

I ordered the carb kit that Ralph talked about. I hope its the right one, I'll know in a few days. In the meantime, here is a photo of what I got...

420C Zenith Carb Kit
So I didn't bother to check what kind of carb was on my 420c before I took it apart so the kit for a marvel carb doesn't work. Duh. I looked around the internet and I don't see anyone with a carb kit for the Zenith that's on my crawler (well, on my bench now). I am not sure what the model number is ...

420C Speedo/Tach
Since my 420 has street tracks and there's snow on the ground I figured I would pull it into the shop for a little TLC. I've had this tach for a 420c sitting around a long time and I have a couple questions for you all. First, where does the drive cable go on the engine. I've looked all over and I c...

Depth Shoe
I have a depth shoe that's not mounted right now. If your still interested I could try and find it under all the snow and take some photo's and measurements. I'm missing the handle and some of the other brackets so you could help me out with what those look like and we both come out ahead.
