ok, i have an issue....am putting steering clutches on the right side of my dozer and cant remove the drive shaft from the tranny.is it that much of an issue to re-install the right side final without removing the driveshaft??

i have a 350B, the small ones above the bull gear. I thought i would be needing them, but after pulling the final drive again, theres no evidence of any oil anywhere. I think it was from overfilling the final and working the dozer on a steep uphill grade. The fibers are clean, no evidence of any oil...

depending on your location, you can always use a scrap cutting blade off a highway snowplow. We use them and they wear forever, and we weld them on.
just my 2 cents worth....you can usually get them for free at a highway dept.

Hey anyone!!! After loosining the track adjuster all the way, i started pumping grease into the adjuster, and all the grease is coming out the bleed hole on the bottom of the adjuster.
