Sorry that is for the clutch casting, I do have two final drive castings in the shop that i might let go, one has a minor crack at one of the studs

Early model 1010 has only one hole for the Brake rod, and are LH/RH side dependent, late model 1010 have two brake rod holes in the casting, and can be used on either side with a plug installed in the rear facing hole. Same for the brake band bolt that protrudes through, that is what I have noticed....

That slide function is real handy! Picked up a 51 from little john on the site, one valve had blown out the casting, missing the bucket cylinder, and bucket was rusted away and tooth ripped off, took the whole stack apart and was able to braze the piece back, crossed all the parts for the stack rebu...

Rods can be bent back if they are not to damaged too bad, I have had this done a couple of time now

Greg, PBS in Syracuse, they relined my bands for me, they have a truck that makes deliveries to Binghamton weekly. Give Don a call, they also have the fiber disks, they had the best cost on all the bearings for the Tranmission and Final drive rebuild. looks like you live right over the hill from me....

I have used the ford red and Gray in the Sherman Williams paint system with hardner, on a ford industrial was a perfect match, didn't fade, nice gloss and was durable, if you put on the final coat with the primer system as recommended, painted the sub-assemblies, and hardware, and did light touch up...
