Had 1976 350c dozers motor rebuilt inline. I don,t operate it my friends do who are loggers but don,t use it for logging they use around camp. Recently purchased new pads for 350c - nuts and bolts. When ever the weather warms up here in southern Vt. will be putting them on. Head Gasket 350c
Engine would,nt start on six day of use. Motor uses lot of oil when running. Would a bad head gasket cause it not to start. Thanks Bob I posted a post this morning with topic 1975 350c won,t start. The only way I see post is in the search. I only own machine and to not opperate it.

Thanks for all the imput. Trying to figure out best route to take. When all added up with full grouser bar and time welding and the end product I,ll be better off replacing pads.
