I did not change anything on the machine I just add hydraulic oil (didn't change the filter yet , change the motor oil & filter change oil in brake & planetaries !!

Can you explain a bit more please what the guy has to do to balance (equal)

Can you get a srew driver true the side of the filter or at least a kind of metal bar so after that you can twist off the filter , I know it sound weird but
I did remove many filter like that ( anyway you need to replace it ) .
