I am interested in seeing what is available.... what is the cost of repinning and how much did you move the last set for?
Sounds like repinning would be a bugger of a job.

JD350 TRACKS KEEP COMING OFF

Hi All, After replacing the clutches etc. to get my JD350 turning it now keeps throwing its tracks and they are very tight. I am guessing as they show wear on the link pins that I need new tracks. Does anyone have an idea whether it is better to fix tracks or buy newer ones. If buying newer ones doe...

What I don't understand is the seal on the inside was at the top of the final, a small quantity of oil was in the final which should not be forcing out the seal at the top as it should just be dribbling up to the top on the gears. With oil and water on the clutches is there a way to clean them witho...

Tracks seem to be staying tight now, relatively. Could it have been air in the grease? New problem......s..... I drained the steering clutch housing and found out, I think why right steering suddenly got sluggish, aside from the water that came out after the night submerged, thick oil is still dripp...

The bolt has a tapered thin end with a locking nut half way up looks like the tapered end is meant to fit into something inside and seal it up tight.

The manual calls it the relieve tension bolt, it is next to the zerg. I got her buried in swamp yesterday and yanked out with a huge tractor this a.m. she has never moved so fast in her life. The cause of her getting stuck was that the right break went from being well set and working well to suddenl...

The ones next to the grease zerg, on top of the piston that tightens the track.

Based on the rusted bolts I guess you are correct, however it will have to wait until after the fencing job is done, Lavoy do you have the seals and odd shaped bolts?

First day out today, threw right track after 10 minutes getting to know her, got it back on using bicycle chain method. Pumped more grease in. Then later threw left track. This time not in a happy place, swamp and mud buried sprocket. Once again bicycle chain trick and more grease, now paranoid abou...

my thinking exactly, do the job correctly the first time and do regular maintenance and then never have break downs. A tightened screw can save thousands of $ if tightened in time, or cost thousands of $ if left to fall out and cause a breakage. The only issue is all this time when cattle are due to...

So now 2 rollers need repairing and then hopefully I get to drive the machine and turn and stop etc. I am truly amazed at th...

ok now I am getting confused, fibre disk, snap ring, fibre disk, metal disk, fibre disk, metal disk etc until full to the end of the hub, is this then correct as images in the manuals all show fibre then metal starting with fibre and ending with fibre. Also my Deere parts salesperson said no rings, ...

the hub ring is 15cm which is 6 inches, I am guessing you are talking about the other rings, the ones that hold in the shaft to drive the brake which is about 3" where there is one on each side holding it in place. I made a hub ring from wire, and will only use it if I fail today to find the correct...

Thanks for clearing this up as the manual was very vague, and I must admit the first fibre disk looks warped when the other side of the snap ring. I am missing one snap ring so have made a fine quality one out of high tensile wire, however I cannot figure out what function the snap ring has. Does an...
