Repair/Restore Video?
Does anyone know of videos of repairs or restoration? Maybe the gurus and Masters of the JD Crawlers could make some if they don't exist?? I have what I think is a 1959 440 IC Gas. The reverser will work, but makes a horrible squeeling noise. Any ideas?
Also, found what I think is the
PTO lever (to the left of the gear shifter). , but there is no PTO shaft. Do I just put a shaft in???

My little 1958 400IC (still haven't verified with SN yet) leaks a touch in a few places.
What would be the best modern-day hydraulic fluid to put in?
I know things leak, but do I need to worry a bunch?

Hey all! I just bought my first John Deere. It is supposedly a 1958 440 IC. Unfortunately, I have not had the time to go over the crawler in any great detail.
