Remember too the oil filter drains back down into the pan after the engine is shut off.
When the tractor is just sitting and not running the dipstick will show one quart over full.

Can always loosen the engine oil plug and check for coolant or closely monitor the coolant level.

The JD operators manual says move the throttle lever to full throttle and then back to 1/2 then start the engine.

If the tag is there it is on the right side on the engine block.
