Re: Lindeman ?'s

If your are looking for a sprocket and since you are in NY. There is a salvage yard in Sharon Springs, NY. called MacFaddens that I stopped at last year and he had a couple lindemans for sale. Maybe he has sprockets or a good one for parts. Take your check book!

Re: 6 way

Next ? Would an all hydraulic 6 way from an early 440 fit to a 420 without fabrication? Thanks, gregjo1948 I can't speak for how a 440 6-way would mount up to a 420 but I would think there would be a little fabrication. For example when I made the 6 way on my 420 I had to get every ounce of fluid o...

No, first factory Deere 6 way was on the 440. If fact I have heard that it was the first factory 6 way of any of the manufacturers. Lavoy Lavoy, Did the 440 come with a full hydraulic 6 way or did it have the manual pins? Just curious, I never seen one. Willy I know what your talking about, I went ...

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think I seen any all hydraulic 6 way blades until the 350's came out. I would say custom made is the only option for a 420!

I have about 35 of the JD-266 (350,etc)gauges left, and about 48 of the JD267 (2 cylinders) gauges left. So yes I do have somewhat of a limited quantity.

Hi: I'm a visual learner. I can visualize how the gauge measures some track components, but I can't see how it's used for others. Did you find a manual on its use or did you explore its full range of uses? Could you post some more picture showing more of what it can do? BTW, I'll PM you to buy a 42...

Well finally after a lot of troubles the track wear gauges are finally completed. They were made out of Stainless Steel, laser cut and laser marked. The total price, with shipping included is 33.00 each, if you would like one of each gauge I will be able to discount that price. As you can see in the...

Re: JD 350 weight

It depends if there is ROPS on it or not. Without your around 9000, with ROPS your around 11000. Thats the reason I never bought one! Too much for my truck and trailer. It also depends on what model 350 your looking at 350, 350b, etc. no chance that the ROPS weighs one-ton on a 350. a few hundred p...
