I've been working metal and doing shirtsleeve repairs for 30 years but anything I've done, or built, pales in comparision to what you've shown here. I must say I proudly tip my hat to the master.

I have the seat taken apart on our 1975 450C and dealing with rebuilding the padding and covering. Don't remember any adjustment off the top of my head. Only remember 4? 3/8" bolts holding the frame down. Can check and provide pics if someone would like.

Thank you. I grew up using the the word "HyTran" and just learned "TorquGaurd" from a friend who knows Ag Deere. Have been using UTF in my IH stuff...thought it was good for Deere hyd fluid too, however, sure didn't want to dump the incorrect fluid in the tranny without consultation. Have been readi...

I am the proud new owner of a 1975 JD 450C Loader. Have read the overhaul manuals 10 times and feel somewhat (slightly?) better about understanding the operation of the machine.
