450b steering problem
My 450b steers fine at first,then after about 20 mins. of use the left sterring fades and keeps fading the more i use it. untill i almost have no lleft side sterring.right side steering fades a bit but still works good. BOTh sides steer well in reverse all the time. :cry: Any suggestions what my pro...

450b WONT START
My 450 b hasnt run since last fall. over the winter i replaced the single 12 volt battery with two 12 volt batteries and when i tried to start it today it wouldnt make a kick, even with starting fluid used. Any help would be appreciated.

Can someone tell me how to adjust steering clutchs on a 450b?
The left side lever brakes better than the right,I have to pull the right lever almost all the way back before it engages.

Hydralic filter
My 1975,450b has two hydrlic filters in the tank.SUCTION AND RETURN. Can anyone tell me what is the proper installion method for the suction filter(bottom of tank) It has a spring loaded rod that goes thru a metal canister and threads into the top of the filter. Found a clogged filter
I checked inside the tank and found a filter attached to the tank cover when i removed it, it was clogged. Is there another filter in the bottom of the tank? I also replaced the hydralic filter in front of the radiator. Thanks For the info : jdemaris

What do i have to do to get my rear PTO shaft to engage?
It turns easily by hand,but i cant seem to engage it with the engine running.Is there a leaver somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated.
