Does anyone know what the clearance should be between the gears and front cover of hydraulic direction reverser pump ? i want to have mine resurfaced to restore correct pump pressure. orking with johnn deere 1010 crawler. the pump is the early version ser. # 10001-42000 part # AT14278T

ok, thanks . Would it be a good idea to have a machine shop resurface the face of the gears along with sealing edge of the pum,p body and cover ?

any thoughts about no fluid flow ? anybody ?

Even with an internal leak should fluid still not be flowing to cooling lines and electric sending unit ?

Ok so i went outside and put air pressure to the tubes, the uppper tube when pressurized will hold air and engage clutches to release them i put air to the center tube.. ok now reverser is disengaged. when lower tube is pressurized i hearair inside and front shaft doesnt feel like it is engaged. But...

I know this is an old post , but would really like to know if this clutch lever was creating the problem

does anybody out there have a reverser valve body from a 1010 crawler, that is removed from the housing? I need to know something about the view of 20 & 90 psi releif valves from the rear side.
