I also have had situations with mice. Last summer I sat in the dozer to start it and I heard a mouse squeaking, I looked took off the dash and it had built a house. I removed the mouse house and used the dozer. That night I set 4 traps on the deck and caught one. Since last summer to date I have tra...

That's a good looking track loader for a 1966............. with the exception of the seat area. For what you paid for it, you could easily part it out and at minimum quadruple your investment then use the profit and initial investment to purchase a newer one. I have a 1984 John Deere 455D Bucket Loa...

Appears to be a nice operating and looking dozer..............And with the fact that you'll only do 50 to 60 hours and for $6500................I think you got a great deal.......I believe that there are several things to extend it's life and to keep it running good. Right away before using it, I'd ...

I just realized something............Since my John Deere 455D is a track loader, the side engine covers are inaccessible because of the hydraulic cylinders that operate the boom up and down and the bucket. I also have the bottom engine pan on it. The dozer is in a garage with no overhead beam to cha...

While cleaning it out I could hear a sort of squeaking noise and there he was, near the hydraulic lines staring at me. I tried to grab him but he was too fast and got away. I screwed the dash back on and I ...

The battery is fully charged. I even used the battery booster to check the charge. I pull the light switch and the li...
