Thanks for all the info guys.. Really glad the pictures could help give some info on it.... Still am not sure of the year....was told around 1958-1960... My son got it out last spring......ran well I just put the charger on it ..and it started right up.. I belive my dad may have made the top for it....

Talked to my son.... he said it is a 440 2 cylinder Detroit deisel

The numbers posted first were on a small plate ( 1 1/2 "x 4" ) taken off the dozer

Found these numbers on the left side.. maybe these help..
