Whiteclipse16, Was smoking black before I added additive... Now its reall...

so where do you buy this delo stuff?

started smoking more when I put in a diesel fuel additive as I double dosed it. Its definitely black... Injectors? maybe glow plugs? No noticable drop in power just a lot of smoke... And she didn't hardly smoke at all before, under full power. Book says 30 weight but your the second person that said...

Starting to get a lot of black smoke when running my crawler.Just noticed the today. So i quit early.

Going to switch from Rotella 30 weight to Rotella 40 weight?

Or would it be better to use chevron delo 100 40W

take spark plugs out and turn it over.

if it doesn't turn over easily... you've got bigger problems.

Plus it will eliminate any hydrolock problems.

I've always done this plus normally fog the cylinders with oil for lubrication.

I use mine for snow also.

Also works well to remove gravel from grass !
