Thanks for the reply. I can see where the ID plate was, didn't see any indication of anything stamped on the sheet metal. I thought there was a post about another location on the frame at the rear. I'm 370 miles from the machine right now and won't see if for another week or so.

I recently purchased a 450C with no ID plate on the battery box. I read a post earlier about another serial no. location at the rear of the dozer, but have not found it using SEARCH. I have looked and can't find any stampings on the rear, don't want to scrape all the paint off looking. Any help? tha...
