CFish here, just putting 350 steering clutch together, check lock bolt on clutch linkage by through out bearing. if it is loose it will not disengage clutch. Just a thought.

Hello all I am a new member to the club, I recently bought a 350 crawler dozer, it was in need of new steering clutches on one side. I found a bad seal.
