1010 sprockets VS. 440 sprockets
I bought my old 1010 for just the rollers and sprockets. I did not realize there was a difference in the sprockets until recently. I see the 1010 has a much narrower face width. The guy I bought the 1010 off of mislead me on a lot of things so I thought the sprockets were the same. I already put a 1...

Coupling price
Lavoy, what does a coupling cost? I see the shaft can still be had from JD for 100.00. The pump shaft is in excellent shape. Thankyou.

Model 91 Pump Coupling, shaft and flexible coupling
Hi, I am just about done with my 440IC with model 91 loader. My hydraulic pump coupling, shaft and flexible coupling are pretty worn. I saw a flexible NOS coupling on Ebay a couple of weeks ago and should have bought it but was not sure it was the one I wanted. I do see that you can still get the sh...

Crap! Just took the left final drive off and............
Alright, I am on the left final drive have done every other clutch and this is the last. I noticed it leaking from the pinion cover and one bolt was too long sticking out at an angle. I suspected something wrong but did not expect to find what I did. The outer bearing was totally gone but for a few ...

Looks better than I feared
It actually looks pretty good up tall like that. Hopefully I can fire her up and flip her around to do the other side this week. Anxious to actually have clutches and brakes for once. Thanks again Lavoy. I will pester you with the next problem soon.

Idler is too big
Okay, I should have checked sooner but now I put new shaft and bushings in the 1010 idler/bracket. I bolted it up and it seems huge. It makes the track ride about 4 inches higher than the 440 one. Is this normal? The idler is so large. I can take pics of it if needed. I have a model 91 loader on it ...

Corn head grease in final drives/Upper idler question
Hi guys, I used to be a member of the site but then after a major computer/internet provider change we lost most of our passwords and user names. I have a 58 440IC that I just put one new steering clutch in and main clutch in. It was stuck when I got her for 500.00 and I got her freed up then rebuil...
