I have to agree it is getting air from somewhere. If I spray carb cleaner or WD40 around the intake and that is the location the crack or bad gasket, the idle should raise?? right

To add some info that I found out. TDH oil is a transmission, hydraulic oil that is used in newer equipment that have the same tank for hydraulic systems and transmission.
