350B, w/ Winch, 6-Way Blade, Shuttle Shift needs work $7500

John Deere 350B, Winch, 6-Way Blade, Shuttle Shift needs work. This would make someone a good farm dozer with a little work. It needs a radiator repair and a steering brake on the left side. It is the perfect size for clearing land, digging small ponds, building house pads and roads etc. I bought th...

Thanks, I was going to do that but then read that the reverser had lines in the radiator and figured that was out. I am not sure the reverser lines even go into the radiator....I guess I just need to get my butt in gear and go pull the hood & shroud and get it off there.

Wanted: Radiator for 350B Dozer w/reverser

My old radiator is in pretty bad shape, it has been dobbed up on the front and recently developed another hole on the back side.

Anyone have a salvage radiator that is in good shape they want to get rid of??

Back Up Rippers

Anyone have any experience with back up rippers? I have a 350B with a winch on back and was looking for an option for the front blade like a root grubber or something that I could use to break up the clay when digging a pond. Anyway I ran across these back up rippers that mount to the back of your b...

Did you use the pellet formular or the aluminum powder stuff? They had both kinds in Barrs brand. I was a teenager the last time I used the Barrs and it was the pellet type then....now they also have an aluminum version.

Radiator Sealant suggestions

I just replaced the headgasket on my 350B to cure and overheating problem and now I think the radiator is leaking, it looks rough on the bottom tank and loses about a quart of coolant an hour. I will replace or have the radiator reconditioned this winter but I have a project that I need to get done ...

Update: Got the headgasket installed, steer clutches/brakes adjusted, new thermostat and misc tinkering. Overheating problem is gone :) The headgasket wasnt "blown" but obviously it was leaking somewhere. The bubbles are gone out of the radiator. The steering is still not top shelf but very usable n...

My 350B is definately a 12v system...and has large warning stickers in the battery box that it is a negative ground system. I cant see needing 24v because the old 12v battery in mine spins it very quick.

Very nice tool :) I made similar ones when I worked in the oil field. Will point out one small improvement that might make it work a little better for you. If you weld a short stub of pipe in front of the nut it will hold that rear jaw parallel to the front one...although it looked like the sangle a...
