i don't see any leaks externally and i haven't noticed my engine oil level rising from a bas seal in the injection pump. I had never thought about about a back pressure build up in the tank though, is their a breather?

Hey Guys, When ever i start my 350 cold when its been sitting awhile (about 10-20 degrees celsius) i have to turn it over quite a bit. However if i let it cool down and start it a couple hours later it starts right up. I was wondering if maybe this could be my lift pump? or possibly a weak injection...
