Hi 2010crawler, I have the same issue as you have mentioned and I have purchased the #33073 seal as my work around. (over a year ago now). jtrichards comment on installing 2 seals sounds like the best advice and I am going to try and follow that. I am a little bit luckier as one side I can reuse the...

2010s are rare over here in Green Pigeon. I need tracks and rollers but the freight would be a killer all the way to Aus

2010 track chains

Hi everyone
I'm planning to build up the links on my chains, the pins are ok so it's worth doing.
Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the height of new links?
I can't find any info but I can recall a height of 81mm or 3.18" that I found a few years ago

Thanks

I haven't pulled this apart yet but looking at the SM I'm thinking it could be a seal or gasket in the hydraulic pump that's leaking, not the trans front cover.
I'll post some photos if I decide to separate the trans from the clutch housing....

JD 303 Type oil - 2010 transmission.

Hi all,
I can't source the recommended 303 fluid here in Australia so I have been using Hy-Gard in the transmission of my 2010.
Does anyone know if that's a good substitute for 303 fluid or is there a better option that I should be using?
Thanks.

I have the same 2010 with Loader here in Australia and we have lots of summer days in the 40's.. around 104 Fahrenheit.. I can use it without too much overheating issues but it does start to blow steam/water from the radiator cap if I work it to hard. I was actually going to renew the seal in the wa...

wow,
so I'm in for more trouble than I thought.
I don't want to put this machine together and find later on that I need to separate it again so while I have it half apart I'm going to keep going and try to fix the leak.......
maybe start another post on the job

I'm no expert but perhaps the switch has fused a short when the wire shorted. I'm a tinkerer and I would disconnect the starter and try to find the fault before reconnecting it

Have you given the starter motor a tap with a small hammer?
Have you tried to just connect power to the starter motor?

2010 HLR Transmission leak

I have had this 2010 for 10 years or so and it has been leaving a thin line of oil on the ground since day 1. I don't use it every day so I have been just topping up the transmission each use. I'm in the middle of a steering rebuild so I thought it would be a good time to also try to fix the transmi...
