With no track on how far back should that slide? Have taken plug to let greese out. Thanks

How hard would tracks be on some older cement in a cattle lot. Need to get some cleaned and hauled, so skid loader will have it alittle easier. Also when in there, this one had a bracket on each side of housing to the side frames 2 bolts on each bracket. One side comletely gone bolts were broke in housing no way to get out so local welder welded an iron plate from frame to housing its in there now. Other side seemed to look all right didnt ...

If you go into the clutch housing if there isnt a drain hole in the bottom make one. This machine there wasnt one that we could find, clutch was rusted right to the fly wheel, throw bearing stuck in the on postion, had to cut it off.. The 450 crawler loader is running and steering will call this an experiment. I did not run it into a tree or rock this poor machine has had a tough enough life, just tightened the brake band, and run it up down a slope in the drive way. I will report back when the clutch fails and we have to pull it...

Well the clutch let loose. Soaked in wd40 for 2 days. So will see how the clutch discs get along. I just ran it up and down a part of the drive way and tigtend up the brake band it didnt want to go but finally let go.This machine has had a tough life from its previous owners couldnt do the tree thin...

When the clutch was out the JD people cleaned it up bead blasted the rust out. They thought the clutch parts after cleaned looked good almost new so they put it back together checked the preasure plate. We put in a new throw out bearing put back together adjusted it and it worked up until the last 2...
