Re: Adapting a 1010 with 810 loader to quik tach
Hi Lavoy and Mini. Thanks for the advice. Yes Lavoy, I agree that any attachment would likely be overpowered. My plan is to use the quick attach for a forklift around the shop, I have a old one off a JD 145 loader, and a off the shelf bucket for loose dirt and snow. I am not going to alter the origi...

Adapting a 1010 with 810 loader to quik tach
Hello everyone
Do any of you have any experience with adapting the four pin setup to the "universal " quik tach setup to utilize skid steer type attachments. I have not had any luck finding anyone who makes these adapters.

1010 final drive
Hi Lavoy
I received the new Bull Gear with no problem. It was packed very well. It fit the old shaft quite snugly, but we used the Locktite as you suggested. We are back in the woods ready to go!
Thanks for all of the help

1010 final drive
Hello Everyone I have a 1010 crawler loader that has had the engine replaced so no tag. However based on part number breaks I think that it is between 24694 and 31000. I need a gear in the final drive. The part number in the book is AT13081T, but the numbers on the gear itself is T14588T and T17481T...

1010 hydraulics question
Good Morning I have a 1962 1010 with the 810 loader. If i push the loader joystick all the way forward (to lower the arms) it will "stick" in this position. I think that this is called the float position. My question is will this help keep stress off the hydraulic pump during cold weather starts? In...
