I think a rebuild think a rebuild is going to be my best solution. although, I worked her for about an hour and a half and it looked like the trac adjusted out some. I believe its just sticky, I saw in anouther post Lavoy had some after market adjusters for $300. do you still have those?

I'm having trouble with my tensioner also. the right side seems to be stuck. I put greese in it but it won't move. if i full the front wheel out the trac tightens but when I release it falls slack again. is there an easier way to unjam the this besides rebuilding it. 60 crawler
crawler is up and running. right side trac is loose. tried putting greese in but its not moving. must be missing something here

Lavoy, I called the shop and they have already replaced the clutch. they didn't get the new on there is a place here in jacksonville that rebuilds them so they went that route. He onoly need to find a bearing now.

Checked and no reverser. it has the shift rod running throught the dash, not connected, i suspect that was a standard issued part. I dont rmember a lever on the dash, I will look when I get back home. there is a lever on the left side of the shifter, mounted on the tranny. the tranny is a 5 speed with reverse.
