Thanks Kilohertz, Is that the original setup? I have pins so I can easily remove the blade to attach a rock rake. This looks like a much easier fix though. I will have to think on this one, it will save me alot of welding.

Mine leaked in the same spot as soon as I bought it an drove it onto my trailer. It was the seal between the reverser and engine. Bad bearing on the input shaft took the seal out. $275.00 in parts including fluids and filter. 12 hrs. of your time.
Hope this helps Neil

Thanks Stan, I understand what you are saying and I wish that was the case (it would be an easy fix), but the bolts are not yet touching the frame and the pin is. The only thing that makes sense to me is that when they repaired the blade they moved the tracks in to far. Now when I angle the blade th...

So I took a look at it again and it's definately the pin hitting the side of the frame, It looks like I will have to cut off and move the track rails out towards the ends of the blade to make it work. Looks like a fun afternoon with the portable welder and a cooler.

Thanks Stan, I will take a closer look, and you are correct when you say there's no such thing as a cheap crawler.

Ok Here are some pics, I measured the blade and it's 90 inches. It's hard to tell but in the one pic. you can see the pin is hitting the main fram and keeping it from going back. http://i759.photobucket.com/albums/xx236/lazylogger/012.jpg http://i759.photobucket.com/albums/xx236/lazylogger/011.jpg h...

That's what I thought too. But nothing seems bent or worn more than normal. The only thing I can see is some repair work on the blade but they would have had to remove the same amount from both sides, because the pins are off equally either direction and not when they are centered(blade straight). I...
