I recently had a starter rebuilt, and re installed. SInce than I'm unable to get the dozer to restart. I went from a new CCA 520 battery to a new CCA850 battery. New battery cables x 2. I have a 440 gas dozer. My starter appears to have met it's last start. The crawler has been converted to 12V. Do you rec to have the starter rebuilt or buy a new one?
