Are the master pins only available through John Deere ? I called today they said 105.00 and they had to order it.

Is the Traveller gear oil from tractor supply good to use ? I need to change the trans oil in my 440ic.

I see I missed the space in 1 3/4 . I found some bolts today.They are grade 5 instead of grade 8 but I think they will do.I have 7 pads that are loose.I guess it's time to get out the air wrench and torch.I need to get ready to drag some more firewood out.

Thanks Lavoy they are still 2 bolt pads. I have a few loose pads and need to replace the bolts.

What size and length of bolts for the track pads on a440 dozer? I did't take any out yet but they look to be about 1/2×13/4long.

How do I angle the blade ? I pulled the pin where you adjust the angle but couldn't get it to move . Do I need to pull the pin where it pivots also or is it just stuck ? Trying to plow some snow here, thanks Jay

The tag is missing, Would the serial # be stamped anywhere else? It is a 440ic center throttle, 5spd. I guess that would make it a late model ?

It runs,I'll probably use it as is for right now, then maybe paint it up a little when it's warm out.
