Now that you say that the inboard ones do look like bleeding nipples. Glad I didn't try and grease them lol.

Thanks

JD 310A

I have a JD 310A and while tearing into it to replace the hydraulic pressure control valve o-rings I discovered 4 grease fittings on top of the rear axle. One by the outboard bearings and one on either side of the transmission. Any idea what kind of grease and how much I need to put in there? Thanks...

Richard, thanks for the info. I was just assuming it was like my JD 310A. I went out and looked close at both of them and I see what your talking about.

Thanks

JD350 Lift Cylinder

Does anyone know where I can get a lift cylinder for a JD 350 6 way blade? One of mine the packing nut just spins and won't come off or tighten up.

Re: Picture of rollers

Here is a photo of the rollers. Note they do not have bolts to hold the axle in nor do they have grease fittings. http://gnipsel.com/images/JD350B/rollers.jpg JT I have a 350B with no fittings or plugs anywhere on the rollers or shaft that I can see/feel. Can't see your picture which might tell me ...

I assume you need to block up the crawler end of the C frame?

Thanks

Checked the cylinders and the rear bushings on both are a little worn. The C frame bushings are loose for sure. The C frame is the part that connects to the pins under the crawler and the whole 6-way raises up and down with? What do you have to do to get that bugger out and fix the slop?

Thanks

Running a 350

I finally had a chance to use my 350 the other day and was trying to skim off some dirt that had collected on a flat area behind my shop. Seems like every time I lowered the blade down after a few feet of pushing dirt the front of the crawler would rise up and the blade would dig in. Am I just doing...
