Should I scrape out the hard junk stuck to cylinder walls or do they make a fancy little tool of some sort....liquid cleaner maybe?????

Well tonight the seal on the side I had apart previously finally gave up...Any ideas where I can get a O-ring and seal kit for the track adjuster for my 2010... gonna do it right this time, and only seems to throw track at the most inconvienant of times...lol....with all my friends and family watchi...

You are correct. I did in fact take the bolt all the way out. Would the ball have came out the hole or would it be in the cylinder some where? Thanks again.

Anyone else have this issue...when putting grease back in to tighten up tracks...grease just shoots out hole in bottom of adjuster, not around seals to be clear. Any ideas why?
