here is an update on welding rebar on 1010 loader street tracks .. it's been a little over a year welding 2 rebar on each track! works great haven't lost a one or doesn't so any wear . just plowed threw 36ins of snow on a 8ths of a mile dirt mountain hilly rd 1/24/16. only one time the crawler came ...

the ice bolts ! I have already bought a big bag of them I haven't put them on yet. really concerned about the thickness on the pads I have one or two the edges are bending from rocks , most of them are straight, trying to prolong the life of the pad itself

yes I did look at other past post, so at least 2 you say. I have a mig welder I was wondering about other steal like the rebar or would it be soft of a steal? I was hoping to get buy with one but 2 or 3 would be better that's for sure. more time and money. it's going to be a job anyway I go. thanks ...

thanks stan, lavoy, that little lever was just sitting there on the pto shaft ,I picked it up , it wasn't doing nothing. the lever has a pin running through the top of it. I can't tell if part on the shaft is inside the lever housing. I felt the shaft going down in the trans feels flush . first sigh...

I don't have a pto but seems so loose ,what way should the lever be facing then since I won't be using it at all ? that it won't be engage while running the machine. thanks stan

yes jtrichard I looked up what mouse turds were, that's when that plastic bushing get brittle and runs thought your inj pump it can cause failure and trash the pump. I don't want that to happen I'm sending it out wed. to get it rebuilt. it had the issue when I bought it , so the moths will be coming...

thanks jtrichard, thanks good info to know, oh the guy at inj. shop said I should had tied the throttle back when taking it off. maybe he is thinking 350 model... I thought I seen a post on here I don't have to tie it back on the 1010's he was very nice took his time explaining fixing just the seal ...

I took the injector pump and the belly pan off this morning before going to work. I didn't really see evidence that fuel was leaking out through the shaft or through the oil pan gasket so it had to out come out the dipstick. still baffled about the big area where it ran in my gravel drive . The umbrella seals on your injector pump have failed, allowing fuel from the injection pump to enter the crankcase. There really isn't any other way that fuel can directly enter the crankcase with that type of engine and injection pump, that I know of. The primer on a 1010 injects fuel directly int...
